Launched in 2019 as an extension of Jake’s freelance producing, Jake Orr Productions (JOP) is a production company producing new plays, theatre and work across the UK. JOP’s inaugural production was Pops by Charlotte Josephine, premiering at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe before transferring to the HighTide Festival.

In 2023 Jake Orr Productions was transformed into JOP Arts, a CIC dedicated to supporting Midlands based artists and organisations.
