Festival Co-Director / 2014-2019

Incoming Festival celebrates the best emerging theatre companies selected from a nationwide call out. Founded in 2014 as co-producing partnership between A Younger Theatre and New Diorama Theatre, the festival showcases emerging theatre companies alongside workshops.

Jake was the Co-Director and Producer of the festival for six years, overseeing the programming, financial management, marketing and development with his Co-Director Eleanor Turney. During Jake’s tenure Incoming Festival engaged over 4500 audiences, 500 workshop participants and was presented at HOME, Manchester, Tobacco Factory Theatres, Bristol and its London home of New Diorama Theatre.

Companies presented as part of the festival have gone on to win awards, have sell out runs across the country including the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and be commissioned by some of the UK’s largest venues and festivals.
